March 11, 2024 - The National Notary Association (NNA) is a well established organization dedicated to serving a large membership. Its website also provides a wealth of information about notarial duties and responsibilities which may benefit the boating community in general. The following profile contains information about its organization, members, products, services and mission.

The National Notary Association describes itself as the leading authority on the American Notary office. It is committed to serving Notaries and their employers throughout the United States by imparting knowledge, building community, and promoting sound professional standards of practice for the benefit and protection of the public. Established in 1957, the forerunner of the National Notary Association was founded to fill a gaping void. It provided American Notaries Public for the first time with a full package of the essential education, guidance, resources, tools and advocacy they desperately needed to properly perform their critical fraud-deterrent duties in service to the public.

The National Notary Association is a limited liability company headquartered in Chatsworth, California. The registered name is NNA Services, LLC. The NNA has been in business for 67 years.

Knowledge Center

The NNA provides an online knowledge center which is available to the general public (WikiLinks). It contains a considerable amount of information regarding all aspects of public notarizations.

Membership Listings

The NNA website offers a great feature where member notaries can be searched by their location and whether they are mobile or must be visited a particular office (WikiLinks).

The National Notary Association appears to have a good reputation overall, although there are a few member complaints. We encourage our readers to WikiShare any further information or experiences regarding this profile.
